In 2022, the General Meeting of Atsalea Software has approved a proposal for a share issue of 70% of the share capital directed to employees.
The vision of the Annual General Meeting is to develop the company into a significant service company for digital development and project management and to prepare it as a target for acquisition.
The quota (number of units) of the subscription right is based on the order of entry.
The subscription price is determined on the basis of the mathematical value of the share specified in the tax certificate submitted by the Tax Administration and, as such, is the cheapest possible without tax consequences for the subscriber.
The subscription right enters into force 7 months after the start of the employment contract.
