We are now looking for an entrepreneurial business model operating hands-on professional to work with talent acquisition and support growth in a designated area.

Atsalea is an employee-owned digital development and project management service company. We help our customers with business changes through technologies.

Main task is to acquire online meetings between the company's representative and the tentatively interested candidate, which lead to recruitment. Other tasks are agreed separately.

From a suitable person are expected already extensive network created through applied work experience and enthusiasm for growing it. Prior fresh experience in the Finnish IT professionals market is recommendable and quite essential.

• Compensation structure: based on performance-based business logic containing nominal fee for an achieved web-meeting and a recruitment fee for signed work agreement between the candidate and the company
