Key Responsibilities
🔹 Work closely with the Project Manager to refine the technical roadmap
🔹 Ensure smooth collaboration between project leads and developers
🔹 Provide hands-on coding support when needed
🔹 Guide the team with technical coaching & best practices
🔹 Improve process visibility to maintain project timelines
